"Good, very good," a bit inane to say but given that they are surrounded with rivaling lords that are not alive, Yennefer would take this. So far the most sensible alliance would be with a magic user and a living person. Their hands parted and she would hold them closer to the fire to fend the chill. At least one chill. The flames dance and move, throwing their shadows over the dull terrain.

Her brow furrowed at the news. A farm. "Are there no other places? No inns? No gentry of respectable repute?" Though at this point she would take disrespectful repute. She was not sure why she was asking these things. Yennefer's expression softened a few degrees from her scowl.

"...Yes, I suppose I will go to this farm." Not her first choice, second or even in the top five choices. She has so few resources and it would be best to reserve the strength she has.

"There is an advantage to being removed from civilization, less of a risk of prying eyes and direct confrontation." Yennefer will eat those words yet. She keeps up with Lily, dress or no dress she can move comfortably and sure. Being out in the elements has been tiring.

Her body has been chilled since she awoke. And speaking of it has made her more aware. "If you don't mind," she concedes, "at least until we are closer to the fire." There is always the possibility of using magic. Though there is no telling where and when she will get a proper meal and rest. Magic is only as strong as the user. "I've never traveled with so little notice." Then again, she adds, "I have never been kidnapped."

Not even a chance to make a parcel or trunk to fling through a portal as an after thought would have made such a difference!

Rough or not, having an extra layer of clothing on her person eased out the rigid tension in Yennefer's shoulders. She had been rather tense since finally coming to, that would explain a portion of her mood. Her palms flattened over the fabric. It was an interesting garment, an even more curious weave. "Thank you," she answered. No flourish or embellishment needed, she was genuinely grateful. Yennefer pulls the ends of the sleeves lower and let them hang past her wrists. The oversized nature of it clearly for layering.

"We will learn how to be unkid-napped," her lips curled in something of a wary smile. "For now I'm trying to temper the worst of my mood." That is a big deal for her to admit, though her delivery is breezy, simple, off the cuff.

"Do you know how trustworthy the information is?" Because so far Karsa has not led Yennefer astray.

Somehow, some way, Yennefer had been hoping that Lily had had the chance to speak to others. It would make it easier on herself. She was aware enough of her self, her demeanor that she did come off as...unapproachable. It was enjoyable to her. As a stranger in an unknown land, that was less gratifying and more irritating to be denied answers on principle. Walking along, she rubbed up and down her crossed arms out of idleness.

"Yes. I suppose." Her bid for optimism has already begun to wane. The sight of the farm house, the whole of it is unfamiliar to her in this reality. It's like the house she had seen in long ago dreams, some in nightmare. There was smoke rising. There was light in the windows. The night was dark, no other building cut the surroundings. There could be even more creatures that she wasn't aware of lurking. "I will be vigilant," she muttered. "For both our sake."
