Eleven smiled and pulled her back to him. He pressed a kiss to the side of her head.

"I'm still sorry I left, even as I'm grateful that you let me. I'll stay in this world so long as you want me here with you. Maybe we'll find a way to help."

"You left for the right reasons, even if it hurt to let you go."

Tightening her arms around him she pulled him close for another hug, resting her cheek against his. "I want a cup of tea," she muttered tiredly before kissing his temple.

Eleven huffed a laugh, then let her go to take one of her hands instead.
