I Heard You Were A Harlot
WHO: Lee Chang and YOU
WHEN: from the 12th for a couple days
WHERE: Out and around Taravast
WHAT: Lee Chang has been given his assignment as a drunken rake and by god he will figure out how to be one as if his live depends on it
WARNINGS: Alcohol, Drunkeness, probably unwanted (or maybe wanted?) sexual advances he has absolutely no intention of following through on
Lee Chang was not unaccustomed to wine. Though the wine of the country was - by all estimations - a far cruder cut than what he had grown used to in the palace, it would serve his purposes. He had never allowed himself the leisure of getting drunk off it. It was far too easy for a drunken Crown Prince to slip and accidentally break his neck and just so happen to leave the succession to people who hated him. Carelessness like that was liable to get you killed, and if there was one thing that Lee Chang was good at (for better or for worse) it was surviving. But that could not be said for all the courtiers he had known.
Drunken carousing was a favourite passtime of government officials such as Beom-pal - no matter how much the man had been forced to redeem himself, he was cut of the same cloth as many who took their positions for granted. So he knew the look, and the walk, and the talk. He could manage well enough, he hoped.
But there was another piece to his newfound persona that would take a little more work. Rake was not a word that could easily be used for him, for similar reasons. Lovers could easy be enemies, and a gentle kiss could come with a blade. He hadn't taken a real lover until he had ended up here, with no way home and no ties to a new world that was so foreign to his own. The risk had been more than worth the reward. But it meant that he didn't have a lot of practice in the art of - ah, how would one put it - picking up.
So he was going to have to learn fast.
Thus, the night after they recieved their assignments - an a few nights after that - Lee Chang could be found most often getting ready to go out and 'hit the town', wine jug in hand and a face that looked ready to go into battle. And if he asks for advice on how to seduce women and men alike? Don't laugh at him.
[ooc: he will also be getting accidentally drunk, so hit me up if you want a specialized opening! Otherwise feel free to place him wherever is most convenient/hilarious.]

no subject
He marks the ladies in Xunxian's wake and smirks a little, though makes sure his voice drops enough that they can't make out his words.
"And you seem a little over your head. Why don't we ease the burden for both of us."
Without further permission, he slid an arm around Xunxian's waist and planted a kiss squarely on his cheekbone before saying more loudly:
"Ah - who knew I could be this lucky, tonight. Say goodbye to your friends - I'm whisking you away."
