Other than continuing to try to find her in the area or surrounding areas since he does think the ghost possessing the puppeteer was Cosette...probably...I've got nothing more useful. This story makes him very sad though. He wants to help her.
I would like to say that if the group finds her then Benedict would try to speak to her himself and he would ask her a question: does she want to be here with her father or would she rather be free to leave? Whatever her answer, he would side with her. If she wanted to get away from her father he would defy anyone else (including the group) to help her escape.
But considering I have no clue where she is or the likelihood of the group finding her, that's just a hypothetical for flavor if it wanted to be put into play with others. Idk. It's just how he feels and wanted to note it!
