Once Wrath had slain his wife's spirit rabbit, she had done him the honor, the romantic gesture of doing the same. It was not only for his good but also for the spirit orphans who had decided to call him father. His social skills with mortals are limited as it is, and when it comes to children, they are nonexistent. If not for his wife's ever watching eye and mortal heart, he might have truly frightened them in his annoyance.
His gaze moves to his wife as if he can sense she is suppressing a shiver. She is made of fire, fury. When they find the beast to slay, he is certain she will warm quickly - no ice could withstand her heat (he would know after all).
"...our journey has led us here."
This place feels both like a beginning but more than that, an end. He looks forward to finishing Rathaku and his forces.
