Going through them, they can find some contracts signed and authorized by Senate leader Caius Justus for the sale of grain, collected by the Hand from the Hives and delivered to the 'merchant Matthias' at various on ships of the Hand. The grain is bought with delivery to a variety of locations overseas, some where, if Hermione/Jacob ask around town, they can hear there have been new and recent outbreaks of undead.
