Nothing pleasant, I'm sure. The expanse of the ocean will... dilute it, as it spreads, but we've already seen that it can warp animals that drink it. The sea life in the area is likely to suffer. More than that, I'm not certain. A small amount was enough to cause mutations in creatures. If there are mermaids out here, I don't know what it would do to them.
