Somehow, some way, Yennefer had been hoping that Lily had had the chance to speak to others. It would make it easier on herself. She was aware enough of her self, her demeanor that she did come off as...unapproachable. It was enjoyable to her. As a stranger in an unknown land, that was less gratifying and more irritating to be denied answers on principle. Walking along, she rubbed up and down her crossed arms out of idleness.
"Yes. I suppose." Her bid for optimism has already begun to wane. The sight of the farm house, the whole of it is unfamiliar to her in this reality. It's like the house she had seen in long ago dreams, some in nightmare. There was smoke rising. There was light in the windows. The night was dark, no other building cut the surroundings. There could be even more creatures that she wasn't aware of lurking. "I will be vigilant," she muttered. "For both our sake."
