[ There's a reason Five has such a hard time reading Wangji. He'll make it clear that he doesn't trust him, then in the next breath decide to work with him after all. He assumes that's because he has faith in Five's ability to get things done, even if he doesn't like him on a fundamental level.

In that way at least, he can find some common ground. Unfortunately, it doesn't make what he offers particularly useful. This is supposedly a place for people who were so dangerous they needed to be removed from the timeline, of course they'd have a screw loose. ]
