Flipping through it, idly checking her notes, she speaks:] People have been brought in from all sorts of different places, for a reason I don't know. I think we're moving from country to country trying to find the way back to our homes, but it's been a long time. Some people have been here for at least a year or so, and there isn't an end so far.
So...presumably...Even if we do what we're supposed to here, there's no guarantee you'll go back home right away. [Ruka pauses and glances over, tilting her head considering.] But you might. There's just no guarantee.
