Wrathion can hear the reaction even if he cannot see what she's doing. He knew she'd be good at this, of course, but there's always validation in being right. The door's lock clicks and Wrathion slinks in, closes it silently behind himself and darts to the desk. There's so many interesting things here, and the temptation to read it all is agonising -- but he needs to focus. He begins testing all the drawers. The key, he imagines, will be secreted away even inside this room. A safe, or a secret compartment? He finds another locked cabinet door, begins picking it quickly.
