( After all, the Huntress is wreaking havoc on this village with all of her undead, and she has previously taken those within their group under her control (and likely will again, Red can feel her influence even now). They only have their own group to rely on in this fucked up place, but she does like their group a lot.

She watches the creature as it laps up the drink. She can feel Hermione's hand on her shoulder, and she does nod because she remembers when all of that happened previously. If this is a mistake, it's one she will take responsibility on by making sure this fucker dies before it can hurt anyone else.

But it does seem to be healing - the wounds on it stitching back up. With a start, it can push itself to its feet, and Red runs a hand gently over a wound that has been stitched up. She nods and then pushes herself to her feet, sensing there's not any danger to the monster now (at least not danger aimed at the two of them, which is what matters). )
