He looks between the two, humming in thought.

"I'd say it's almost certainly a trap," he admits, "but isn't that part of the fun of it?"

Once you know there's a trap, isn't there fun in outwitting it? Could you really walk away, knowing you never worked out the trap and tried to disable it? Wrathion certainly couldn't! He tilts his head towards the stairwell.

"I'll take a look, you can try the other path if you're scared."

The playful twitch of his smile says he doesn't expect her to agree to that.
