It takes a second for Aloy to peel herself away from, like, looking at the wall or whatever, wandering back over to the dais. Riddles are always interesting. She can't imagine it has anything to do with finding the beacon, though.

Her foot just touched something under the water. Something that is definitely not a leech. There's a series of loud slamming sounds—first, the door, then tens of tiny windows on the walls—followed by rushing water. The level begins to rise quickly past her hips.
