Wrathion has sharp senses, and usually he doesn't startle easily. He can hear a person coming, recognise a familiar magical presence or scent.

Here, Wrathion had been so absorbed by the ghostly image that he doesn't sense Hermione approach at all. He's turning over the complicated mixture of emotions (Anduin, does he want Anduin here? Didn't he want him safe at home? If Anduin could return to him, would he? Would Wrathion want that?) when a voice abruptly yanks him back to himself. He spins towards her, all adrenaline again, and snarls briefly -- all teeth, simmering anger and scales flickering across his face.

Recognition filters through, and Wrathion restrains himself. It takes visible effort, hauling himself back from the brink of violence, and he's still breathing heavily even as he boxes the feeling away.

He looks from Hermione to the door, uneasy, then moves inside without a word. Probably best if they both take a... moment to cool off. If he takes a moment to let the adrenaline drain out before he says anything, in case it comes out... wrong.
