Hey! I'd like to have Wrathion offer to make some slowfall items for dragon tower folks. Opt in obviously I won't force it on anyone.

How it works: when Wrathion did this previously, the spell was embedded in a bedazzled dagger. Most of Wrathion's enchanting is applied to gems, so in this case we bedazzle something else or maybe make a pendant. On use (which here just means 'when any person, magic user or not, triggers the item via will') it gives the user dragon wings for 15 seconds to stop them falling to their death. It was, in fact, designed specifically with fighting massive dragons who might drop you to your death in mind. Once used, it cannot be used again for 5 minutes.

What it requires: truly no idea, canon is very loose and inconsistent as every new story arc the same thing can be made in a new way using local ingredients. However: slow fall as a spell is very mundane. Mages can cast it easily no cost, priests like Anduin can cast it so it lasts ten whole minutes of levitation. Once you could make a potion version of it with, uh, seagrass. So I think the only 'different' aspect here is Wrathion's flavour. I vote, due to mundanity, we can decide what local equivalent he requires based on how hard we want it to be for him locally to embed this spell in a gem.

Limits: you cannot ASCEND with slow fall. You can steer, but only descend at a rate you do not splat into the ground.

What I'd like: to make the item he gives out last more than 15 seconds (he made that when he was like 1, he can do better, and Anduin can help as his Levitate spell lasts ages) but down to make it last whatever you think. 30 seconds? 1 minute? Very flexible.

Cooldown: 5 minutes between uses for the item owner was canon, and allows people a big window if they WANT to get splattered. This ok for you or feels too OP? I think we have way more powerful things around but realise he is making new things so it must stay reasonable.

Cap: happy to hard limit how many he can make via resources. We can just decided whatever local item he requires runs out at the cap. Canonly, items he makes don't expire: you can use them forever, just with the built-in timer between uses. If you'd like however there to be an expiry I can build one in.

Let me know if this is nonsense I wrote it on a train, happy to adjust anything.
