He turns to her, studying the slow reaction. She is, presumably, tired. He wonders if she's injured, too. He can smell blood, but there's a lot of that going on. It doesn't mean anything particularly. Exhaustion is enough to explain the staring, and potentially his eyes. Glowing eyes seem to draw more attention here than in Azeroth.

"A distinction, where I am from. Proto-dragons are the more wild, bestial creatures untouched by any outside influence. Dragons, meanwhile, were uplifted -- given a purpose. An affinity, for magic, for nature, for life and healing, for time or the very earth itself. Irenia carries herself more in the manner of what I would term a proto-dragon. Raw, no sense of order, animal instincts driving her, and the angular skull. I have no idea if any dragons here have been uplifted, but I can only compare to what I know."
