This place has buildings to shield people from a sandstorm and probably some water sources still. It's a perfect place for a shelter in the desert. I have no doubt are scavengers friends know about it and use it regularly... but I wonder how long ago these people walked out. That's the one thing I can't tell. If it happened in the past few years, there may be some among the crew who remember the place from before.
