( Red's eyes burn when she's brought into that hug, and they're far away from the greenhouse and the house too. It takes her a moment or two, but then she lifts her arms up to wrap them around her in turn. She's started to learn of the strength and power of- of hugging someone else. She didn't know how much she could yearn for that either, because she had her first during the Unwinding, and ever since, she really appreciates how a hug feels like being all wrapped up in warmth, in not-aloneness.
But it feels really good. It does. Her face buries in Clara's shoulder before she mumbles there and realizes she's mumbling. )
