When he notices the clockwork hound himself, the Doctor is rather predictably unfazed, at least for now. Going by his companion's composure, the Doctor's even more assured that they have relatively nothing to worry about here.
The ice spreading over the door and wall does get a lift of his eyebrows, a nearly delighted grin as he steps through the door and into the lab itself.
"All safely tucked away," he nods in response to the question, gesturing to his pockets, deep enough to have been able to carry the herbal strands he's been safeguarding.
"The ice! That's good, by the way. Brilliant, in fact. Comes in handy often, I imagine!"
He really is more impressed about it than he might outwardly appear to be, only because his thoughts are already ten paces ahead on what needs to happen for concocting this cure.
While he talks, he's also getting to work, pulling out the juniper and rosemary, laying it all out on the workspace in the lab and putting on a pair of clean goggles before washing his hands and donning some gloves. For now, he's in a perfect state of deniability, that they might never have to actually speak of what happened in that room in the Tower. Though, on some level, he's aware that can't last forever.
