She lets out an undignified little yelp and practically slams her body down against his neck as soon as he takes off, the wind already doing damage to her hair. She should've braided it, but that is a waste of time now.

She has her eyes closed and her teeth gritted for the better part of three minutes, between taking off and leaving the dragon port place thing. But she gains some composure eventually: it helps to remind herself that she's not scared of heights, they just make her uncomfortable when she can't control the fall. There is a belt around her, keeping her in place, and she feels about as safe as she can aboard a giant dragon soaring through the sky.

Even though she knows that if she were to fall she'd turn into a pancake, she won't!

And then the sandstorms hit.

At this point, she sticks herself low against his neck by necessity, pulling on a pair of goggles and counting her luck for remembering to grab one from the other dragon riders before she even bumped into Wrathion to begin with. It helps to be able to see where they're going, even if all she sees mostly is sand.

She's on the lookout for anything flying their way, or flung their way, because these are dangerous places. Never more clear that they are when the crash site comes into view, and she sees Eidris's dragons and their riders there.

Thankfully, Wrathion lands them a little out of the way, and she has time to renew the notice-me-not spell on both of them.

"That went well," she boldly says, climbing off him. And finds out, quite quickly, that holding her legs in that position for that long means cramps and wobbly knees. Finds out by stumbling when she tries to climb down his front paw, and falls flat on her face in the sand.
