I'll be honest, this is one of those things where the main focus on my end was figuring out a way to give a role access to the underworld — a bounty hunter's got that. So I didn't really go out of my way to world build a background to the role, I'm happy for you to do whatever. Mostly I imagined immensely rich people putting bounties on droids that didn't press their ties right or shine their shoes to the correct sparkle, than rogue droid revolutions, myself.
