Wrath had little issue handing over his House Dagger, knowing he can recall it at any time should the need arise. More than that, he is a weapon without need for physical once as much as he enjoys the long sharp blades of them and wielding one within his hand. He makes conversations with officials and anyone from the group who may be near. "Be on your guard," he says to them.
When the clock strikes 18:00, Wrath very openly examines a delegate who appears to be frozen in dismay. They reach out to grip someone else's arm as they pass - someone from the group, and then gargle out something incomprehensible. Strange.
Then all Hell (pun intended) breaks loose. His first concern is Emilia, transvenio-ing to her directly so he can see her in one piece, to fight side by side, and then they part to help with the chaos around them. He keeps tabs on her via their tattoo - tension radiating through him. Wrath moves past the frightened people who have been struck with the fear... projectiles against their will. If he notices anyone from the group, he attempts to move them out of danger. These mortals on the other side have decided they have the power to wield fear in another - the hubris is truly disgusting.
He moves with unnatural, demonic speed through the attack, wielding the sin of wrath (his sin) in at least two of the assailants and making them shoot their ally who goes running away in terror screaming. For other assailants he takes them out in one hit (mortals are entirely fragile) or removes their strange weapon, rolling the barrel of it upward and twisting it around to break it. He'll keep one of the guns for his investigation, but the rest he leaves broken on the ground.
