Five almost doesn't see Vane after Wrathion disappears in smoke, but it's what he's attacking with that nearly keeps him from blocking it in time. They need that box. He barely stops his momentum from sending them both crashing to the floor, and instead tries to wrestle it from the crazed man's hands before it breaks.

"No—," Vane looks up at the same time Wrathion speaks, and Five elbows him in the eye, which finally gives him enough leverage to pull the box free. "Are you insane? You can't destroy it. You don't know what it'll do."
