Anduin is whole-heartly embarrassed by the song itself, but in the end the only harm it does is to his pride. Therefore, for the sake of the spirit's undead life, he can swallow that down and give this performance for him, in an effort to help him move on.

It is with a feeling of relief that he does move on, however. Anduin does not know if he could take a second such performance.
