[ The dislike is clear in Mr. Eames's voice and posture, or at least the distrust. Jim has no doubt that in time, he'll see it in the rest of the crew. ]

I've traveled a long way. [ Quite so literally, and so much further than Eames can even begin to imagine. ] I've seen a lot of things that I used to think were impossible, and I've learned that there are a lot of things that are real even when we can't see them.

[ He turns to Eames, bowing his head slightly. ] I'm not saying you're right or wrong either way. Maybe you are right, and those ghosts don't exist. I'm just saying that sometimes it's best to keep an open mind. Under our circumstances, it could even save lives.

[ Not that Jim's inclined to believe in ghosts, but there could certainly be something out there that Quicksilver Sam has seen and interpreted as a ghost. ]
