Well, the pirates are pretty testy, you could find some minor petty reason why they'd throw her into the brig for a day? Being guests of a kind, the party wouldn't get serious punishment unless they truly stepped out of line. But some less tolerant veteran pirate could always put her in the brig for some perceived slight or the other.
