1. Fly free, Drogon! The sailors of both ships wouldn't take issue with the dragon. They might usher him away from the sails or ropes if he looks about to damage them or get tangled in them, since these are critical and exposed parts of the vessels — but they wouldn't treat him unkindly even then (more like, they'd throw a bit of water in his direction to distract him).

They might urge Dany to keep Drogon close and ship-bound once they start getting closer to the Crossing, because there's a higher risk that Drogon could fly away and be unable to find his way back through the thick fog. But even then, they wouldn't impose it, since they'd accept Drogon is Daenerys' property.

Otherwise, I think they'd only have concerns if Drogon started any fires, since the vessels are primarily made of wood.

2. Hmmmm, on what grounds would they be urged to mutiny? They're a pretty content bunch, paid well. Apprehensive about the dangers of the Crossing, which some of them have never dared (or dreamed of daring), but they were told in advance it was coming, so signed up for this fine enterprise. There might be scope to mutiny in the second part of the mission, if the group manipulates the situation right, but right now — I'm not sure they'd have cause, unless you have a specific pitch?
