The sheer business of his arrival hasn't really given him a chance to truly processes what's happened, or what his next steps should be, and sitting down in a house--being offered a drink, and space to breathe--is almost overwhelming in itself. He appreciates the extra few seconds that Marcus affords him, and is slightly more composed by the time he returns, at least enough to carry on a conversation.
