Viktor seems more surprised by the fact that people are telling him "no worries" than the actual intrusion--back home, he would most certainly need to apologize, which is why he usually keeps such outbursts to himself. The only reason he allowed himself the reaction in the first place is because he didn't think anyone was here, but he can't say he dislikes being offered a modicum of understanding.

"Still, that was--it was rude of me."

He sounds a little more apologetic, at least. Not my first pick is kind of an understatement, and his shoulder sag, indicating that he certainly thinks as much.
