I haven't tried it, no... I don't think they have enough salt, to be honest. But there's no reason why it wouldn't normally work. It's a common folk belief for a reason.

[But yes, the problem here is that these people are poor, salt is valuable, and they probably need it to conserve food more than to chase spirits away.]

Maybe I should try a few talisman wards, to see if they work.
