One to keep an eye on them, and two — he's the shortest, and the one who is most easily spotted from a distance, so it helps to somewhat camouflage him. Most of the structures look the same to him, rundown and ominous, so they're fortunate that they don't have to search each one to get what they're after. It's useful to know which house the most promising necromancers. And he won't say it, but he's more invested in seeing how they work their cures than he seems.
