Wrath has quite a bit of experience with the dead. In fact, it is the reason he was originally created after all or so all signs point to but it has yet to be confirmed. After he sold his soul, he became the one who transports souls to the Underworld after all, continuing his long history with death.

It's why he seems to scoff a bit at the question - almost amused at the very idea.

"No. I have no interest in raising the dead like they do."

He knows a spell that can bring someone back from the very brink, but he so rarely ever uses it because of the cost.

"They have far more magic at their fingertips than that particular skill."
